Customer Service Specialist - 1 year contract

Location: Office-Based (Hybrid after 3 months)
Contract: 12-Month Contract
Reporting to: Global Customer Excellence Manager

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy customer operations team on a long-term 12-month contract.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around 1 year's administration or customer service experience, although graduates looking to start their career will also be considered.

You'll be responsible for processing customer orders, managing enquiries, liaising with internal teams, and ensuring customers receive a first-class service throughout the order process.

• Process and manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery.
• Respond to customer enquiries via email and phone.
• Provide updates on order status and delivery schedules.
• Maintain customer records and documentation.
• Monitor shared inboxes and customer portals.
• Liaise with internal teams including Sales, Finance, and Operations.
• Support general administration and customer service activities.

• Previous administration, customer service, sales support, or office experience (around 1 year ideal).
• Graduates looking for their first office-based role will also be considered.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Confident using Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive, professional, and customer-focused approach.
