Business Development & Growth Manager
Location: Aztec West, Bristol (BS32 4UB)
Hours: 30 hours per week (flexible)
Salary: 33,600- 42,400 (pro rata 30 hours) + potential bonus

The Role
We are looking for a commercially driven Business Development & Growth Manager to help grow hospital activity through surgeon acquisition, lead generation, referral partnerships, and marketing performance.
This is a results-focused role where you'll identify and attract consultant surgeons, develop new business opportunities, generate high-quality patient enquiries, and manage the commercial pipeline to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit and develop relationships with consultant surgeons and specialists.
- Generate patient leads through digital marketing, social media, events, and partnerships.
- Build referral networks with healthcare professionals and businesses.
- Manage and track leads through the CRM system.
- Monitor lead conversion, marketing performance, and ROI.
- Identify new services and commercial growth opportunities.
- Produce regular reports on business development activity and results.
About You
- Proven experience in business development, sales, recruitment, marketing, or commercial growth.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Experience generating leads through digital and social media channels.
- Commercially minded, target-driven, and highly organised.
- Healthcare, aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, or private medical sector experience is highly desirable.
