People & Data Administrator Full-Time Hybrid Manchester

We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to support the administration of our people systems, reporting processes, and data management activities. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in HR systems, people data, or HR administration who enjoys working with data and technology to improve business processes.

About the Role

As a People & Data Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the integrity, security, and effective use of people data across the organisation. Working closely with People, IT, and business stakeholders, you'll help maintain our Oracle HCM system, produce meaningful reports, support system upgrades and testing, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the administration and maintenance of Oracle HCM and related people systems.
• Produce regular and ad hoc people reports and data insights.
• Conduct data audits, identify discrepancies, and support data cleansing activities.
• Manage user access and permissions whilst ensuring compliance with data protection requirements.
• Support system testing, upgrades, enhancements, and user acceptance testing.
• Provide second-line support for people systems queries.
  Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and system efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in HR Systems, HR Administration, HRIS, or People Data roles.
• Experience using Oracle HCM or a similar HR system.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, lookups, and data analysis.
• Experience producing reports and analysing data.
• Knowledge of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Understanding of GDPR, data governance, and information security principles.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to manage confidential information.
• Power BI experience is desirable.
