Customer service experience - without the phones!

We're looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join a busy team in Strood on a temporary basis.

This is not a phone-based customer service role. The majority of your work will be handled through email and online systems, making it ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers and resolving queries but would prefer not to spend their day on the phone.

The role

• Responding to customer queries via email
• Processing and updating customer information
• Dealing with queries and resolving issues
• Keeping records and systems up to date
• Liaising with colleagues to make sure customers receive a good service
• General administration and customer service support

About you

We're looking for someone who is:

• Customer-focused and professional
• Comfortable communicating clearly by email
• Organised and accurate
• Confident using IT and different systems
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Available to start a temporary assignment
