Pay Rate: 15.00 per hour
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: Ongoing Assignment (up to 6 months)
Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Contract: Full-time, Temporary

Office Angels are proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join their team on a long-term temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering outstanding customer service and being the first point of contact for visitors, tenants, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answering and directing incoming calls
• Meeting and greeting visitors.
• Assisting tenants with enquiries, in person and over email.
• Scheduling appointments for various departments
• Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Acting as the first point of contact for contractors accessing the building
• Ensuring reception and front-of-house areas remain organised and professional.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous reception or front-of-house experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with complaint handling is desirable.
• Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
• Confident managing multiple tasks in a busy environment
• Professional, friendly, and approachable manner
