We're recruiting for a successful, independently owned gifting business that partners with some of the UK's biggest retailers. With a strong reputation, exciting product ranges, and ambitious growth plans, they're now looking for a Key Account Manager to join their friendly and fast-moving team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys the buzz of a creative commercial environment - managing retailer relationships, working closely with product collections, and helping drive growth across key accounts. What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing a portfolio of key retail accounts
  • Building strong relationships with buyers and retail partners
  • Working closely with internal teams to ensure product collections launch successfully and on time
  • Becoming an expert in the product ranges and wider gifting market
  • Delivering an outstanding customer experience and acting as a trusted partner to retailers
  • Sharing customer and market insights with the design team to help shape future collections
  • Providing forecasts, account updates, and performance analysis
  • Keeping up to date with trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities within the gifting sector

What We're Looking For

  • Previous Account Management experience within gifting, consumer products, or a similar B2B environment
  • A confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
  • Thrives in a busy, fast-paced role
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities with ease
  • Commercially aware with a genuine interest in retail, trends, and creative products
  • Positive energy, team spirit, and a great sense of humour!
