The Role
We are currently recruiting for a confident and driven B2B Account Manager to join a well-established business based in Huddersfield. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, delivering excellent customer service and driving account growth.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a portfolio of B2B client accounts
Build strong, long-lasting relationships with customers
Act as the main point of contact for all client queries and requests
Identify opportunities to upsell and grow existing accounts
Deliver a high level of customer service, ensuring client satisfaction at all times
Resolve issues efficiently using a proactive, problem-solving approach
Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of products/services
Maintain accurate account records and update CRM systems

About You
Previous experience in a B2B account management, sales, or customer service role
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
