Temporary Receptionist - for up to 6 months, based in Newmarket

Location: Newmarket

Hourly rate: £14.00 per hour

Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors with a friendly smile and provide them with excellent service.
• Answer phone calls promptly and manage inquiries with professionalism.
• Schedule appointments and maintain an organised calendar for the clinic.
• Handle administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and patient records management.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain a clean and welcoming reception area.

We are looking for someone who is:

• Who is available to work immediately
• Has previous experience working on a reception desk
• Friendly, approachable, and has excellent communication skills.
• Highly organised and able to multitask effectively.
