Join Our Client's Team as a Front of House Receptionist!

Are you a customer service champion with a knack for organisation? Do you thrive in a dynamic environment? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you at our client's medical clinic! We are seeking a dedicated Front of House Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our client's healthcare team.

Location: Liverpool Street

Contract type: Temporary

Contract Length: 3 months (to begin with, potential to extend)

Hourly Rate: £12.71

Hours: 8.15am-5.15pm, in office Monday to Friday

The Role:

As a Front of House Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our client's patients and customers, ensuring they receive the highest quality service. You'll be an essential part of our client's team, supporting both our clinical and administrative efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly greet and assist all patients and visitors.
• Prepare clinics, manage clinician diaries, and handle clinical notes.
• Conduct opening and closing checks to maintain clinic operations.
• Manage clinic stock and supplies, ensuring everything is ready for use.
• Support the administrative team with various tasks.

What You Bring:

• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to take ownership of responsibilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft packages and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
