The Bury Intensive Support Service has been developed to provide a bespoke supported living service for adults over the age of 18, with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health and complex needs. The adults accepted into the service have been identified through the Transforming Care Agenda. This service operates 24/7, using a trauma-informed and case-management model of care, to provide support and opportunities for increased independence for three adults.
