We're currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join a successful residential groundwork's business. The overall purpose of the role is to work closely with the project delivery teams to protect the commercial and contractual interests of the business, ensuring contracts are delivered in line with their commitments. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Complete prompt monthly applications for payment. Monitor project costs and prepare cost reconciliations in line with valuations. Provide quotations to clients for variations, ensuring that only those that are commercially agreed are completed by the production team. Manage client accounts ensuring that any payment shortfalls are highlighted and dealt with in a timely manner. Complete monthly forecasts with the production team ensuring the successful commercial performance of a project are monitored and maintained throughout the duration of the contract.
