Our client seeking an experienced Freelance Quantity Surveyor to provide commercial support on a live apartment refurbishment project , incorporating elements of legacy works and non-standard apartment layouts. This role requires a commercially astute QS who is comfortable working within an occupied or live residential environment and managing change throughout the project lifecycle.
