As a Scheduling and Special Benefits Administrator you will work as a member of a busy Admin Scheduling team responsible for a multitude of tasks including: Speaking to claimants on inbound and outbound calls, scheduling telephone and face to face appointments. Liaising with local and regional MCA offices and HCP staff. This is a hybrid role based in Northern Ireland. You will be required to attend training in the Belfast office.
