You would need to be a highly technical hands on structural engineer, with a CV showing significant experience with a range of buildings structures work and leadership roles. Facilities Mechanical Engineer (Permanent) Key Responsibilities: Conduct maintenance and servicing of mechanical systems, including Air Handling Units (AHUs), Fan Coil Units (FCUs), pump seals, bearings, and alignment. Participate in an on-call rota and work within a seasonal shift pattern, which may include weekends and evenings.
