Job Description
As Spa Supervisor aboard the Britannic Explorer, a Belmond Train, you will lead the onboard Wellness Suite, delivering exceptional treatments while overseeing daily operations. You’ll guide and inspire a small team, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest care. Combining hands-on expertise with strong organisation, you will manage schedules, stock and compliance, while creating a personalised experience for every guest. Primary Responsibilities Include:
- This is a seasonal role which runs from March to December 2026.
- Responsible for the seamless operation of the onboard spa services and the wellbeing of all guests.
- Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of spa products and services.
- Recommending and selling spa products to guests, providing personalised advice based on their needs.
Requirements
What You Bring:
- Applicants must have eligibility to work in the UK.
- At least 3-5 years’ relevant experience.
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
- Company certificates gained within a recognised company training scheme.
- Genuine passion for wellness and body therapy.
- Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
