This is a varied, people-focused office support and administration role providing high-quality customer service, team supervision and operational coordination within a busy professional environment.

SALARY: £24,500 per annum + Excellent Benefits (see below)
LOCATION: Exeter, Devon (EX2) – Fully Office Based with occasional travel to other South-West locations such as Bristol and Southampton when required
JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Permanent
WORKING HOURS: 35 Hours per Week, Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm

As an Operations & Administration Support Supervisor you will work closely with the Operations Support Manager to ensure the smooth running of office operations, delivering professional administrative support and a consistently high standard of customer service.
The Operations & Administration Support Supervisor will oversee day-to-day office activities, support staff and volunteers, and act as a key point of contact for visitors, enquiries and internal teams, helping to maintain a safe, welcoming and efficient workplace.
