Are you an experienced Regional Sales Manager with a background in field sales, ideally within the automotive aftermarket or a related technical sector?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a UK market-leading automotive aftermarket business with an established global presence, supplying specialist products into the accident repair and automotive bodyshop sector.

Reporting directly to the UK Head of Sales, you will take responsibility for leading and developing a team of 9 Field Sales Executives, while also managing your own smaller sales territory.

This is a key management position within a well-established business that genuinely values its people and offers excellent opportunities for career development and progression.

Salary - Up to 45,000 + Bonus + Company car + 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (32 days total) + Company pension + Additional employee benefits + Fully remote / home-based role - Monday to Friday - no weekends

Ideal Location - West Midlands / East Midlands / Staffordshire

The Role - Regional Sales Manager

As Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving regional sales performance, supporting your field sales team and developing customer relationships across the automotive aftermarket.

Key responsibilities as Regional Sales Manager

• Leading, managing and motivating a team of 9 Field Sales Executives.
• Providing ongoing coaching, mentoring and support to improve individual and team performance.
• Managing your own smaller sales territory and developing key customer relationships.
• Setting, monitoring and managing sales targets and KPIs.
• Reviewing regional performance and identifying opportunities for sales growth.
• Collating sales reports and presenting monthly performance updates to the UK Head of Sales.
• Supporting the team with customer development, account management and new business opportunities.
• Ensuring the regional sales team delivers against agreed commercial objectives.

For Regional Sales Manager you will need to have

• Proven experience in a Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager or similar field sales leadership position.
• Ideally from the automotive aftermarket, accident repair, bodyshop or a related technical product sector.
• Experienced in managing, mentoring and developing a team of Field Sales Executives.
• Confident setting and managing sales targets, KPIs and performance expectations.
• Comfortable analysing sales figures, preparing reports and presenting results to senior management.
• A commercially minded individual with excellent communication, leadership and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, organised and comfortable working remotely.
