Salary: 14.56 per hour
Hours: Full Time, 35 hours per week
Start Date: November 2026
Working Pattern: Office-based during training, then hybrid working available

We're recruiting for Inbound Customer Service Advisors to join a well-established banking organisation in Swindon. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment.
Following a comprehensive training programme, you'll have the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis, combining office and home working.
The Role
As an Inbound Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling a variety of everyday banking enquiries. You'll provide a professional and helpful service while ensuring customer needs are resolved efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities
Handling inbound customer calls regarding general banking enquiries
Assisting with account-related questions and updates
Supporting customers with online and mobile banking queries
Providing information on products and services
Resolving customer issues at first point of contact where possible
Accurately updating customer records and systems
Delivering excellent customer service while adhering to company procedures and regulatory requirements
What We're Looking For
Previous customer service experience, ideally within a contact centre, retail, hospitality, or office environment
Strong communication and listening skills
Comfortable using multiple systems and technology
Ability to remain professional and empathetic when dealing with customer enquiries
Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
