Prospero Teaching is recruiting experienced SEND Teaching Assistants for a fantastic, inclusive primary school in Yardley, Birmingham.
We have a variety of exciting opportunities available across different year groups, with both full-time and part-time positions to suit the right candidates.

What we're looking for:
- Previous experience supporting children with SEND in a school setting.
- A genuine passion for inclusion and supporting children with additional needs.
- Confidence in adapting lessons, activities and resources to meet individual learning needs.
- A proactive, flexible approach with the ability to use your own initiative.
- The confidence to work independently and provide tailored support.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
- A patient, nurturing and enthusiastic attitude.
