As a Support Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing essential assistance and ensuring their satisfaction. This role is crucial for maintaining our high standards of service delivery, involving the resolution of queries and proactive support. You will play a vital part in building strong customer relationships and contributing directly to our company's reputation and success.

• Respond promptly and effectively to customer enquiries via various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently, providing clear and accurate solutions.
• Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately within the CRM system.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams for further investigation.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering a professional and empathetic service.
• Provide comprehensive information about products, services, and company policies.
• Identify recurring customer issues and contribute to improvements in support processes and knowledge bases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Proven experience in a customer support or service role.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a clear and professional telephone manner.
• Demonstrable problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
• Strong active listening skills and empathy to understand customer needs effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• A-levels or equivalent, or relevant professional experience.

• Experience with CRM software and ticketing systems.
• Understanding of customer service best practices and quality standards.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Fluency in an additional language relevant to our customer base.

• Ticketing Systems
• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Communication Platforms (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams)

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Workplace Type: Office-based or Hybrid

Salary Range: 30,000 - 40,000 GBP per annum
