Location: Remote (with occasional travel to Warwick)

Contract: 6 Months (Potential for extension)

Annual Salary: 37,455 (Pro Rata)

Overview of the Role:

In this pivotal position, the Technical Coordinator will be responsible for managing technical queries, gathering vital information, and liaising with diverse teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth reporting. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage workloads will be crucial in delivering timely responses, thereby preventing delays in quarterly production reports.

Key Accountabilities:

• Log and track queries and requests from external authors, providing updates on their status and progress.
• Resolve straightforward queries by delivering timely information and responses.
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and internal teams to gather essential data for external authors.
• Arrange and lead meetings with stakeholders to address and resolve reporting issues.
• Report on the progress of queries and issues raised by external authors.
• Follow company policies and procedures in all routine activities.
• Handle simple queries autonomously while identifying appropriate experts for more complex issues.
• Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external suppliers.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• A valid UK Driving Licence is required.
• Solid understanding of risk and risk management principles.
• Familiarity with basic engineering concepts.
• Demonstrable proficiency in IT systems and software, including MS Office, SharePoint, and Power BI.
• Strong interpersonal skills to facilitate effective communication across various teams.
