Legal PA - Part-time

Birchrose Associates is delighted to be representing a leading global law firm in London, which is seeking an experienced Legal PA to join its Disputes team on a part-time basis.

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Legal PA to support Partners, an Associate Director and Practice Manager within the Disputes team. The role will suit someone highly organised and proactive, with excellent judgement and the ability to manage a busy and varied workload. Duties will include:

• Complex diary management, including arranging meetings, conferences and calls
• Organising domestic and international travel, including visas and detailed itineraries
• Coordinating client lunches, dinners, events and global visits
• Managing emails and correspondence, including drafting responses where appropriate
• Preparing documents, presentations, reports and other materials
• Supporting Partners and the Associate Director with BD activities, including pitches, CVs, credentials and client information
• Liaising with clients and their support teams and maintaining strong relationships
• Assisting with practice management, projects and wider team initiatives
• Working closely with the wider Business Services and BD teams

This Legal PA opportunity is a part-time, permanent role, working Thursdays and Fridays, 9.30am - 5.30pm

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years' experience within a Legal PA role within a law firm
• Previous experience supporting Partners or senior stakeholders within a law firm
• Excellent diary management and organisational skills
