Temporary Immediate Start

We are looking for an experienced Voids Administrator to join a busy Local Authority Housing and Property Services team.
You will support the management of void properties, working closely with surveyors, contractors and housing teams to ensure properties progress efficiently from inspection through to completion.
Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Excel voids tracker
• Coordinate surveyors diaries and property inspections
• Monitor void properties and outstanding works
• Liaise with surveyors, contractors and housing teams
• Update housing management systems
• Chase outstanding actions and delays
• Provide accurate progress updates

About You

• Previous voids administration or coordination experience
• Local Authority or social housing experience
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including trackers and spreadsheets
• Knowledge of the voids, repairs or maintenance process
• Experience using housing management systems
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Comfortable managing a busy, high-volume workload

Experience with Orchard or Power BI would be advantageous.
