What You'll Be Doing
- Building and managing strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Developing new business opportunities and growing existing accounts
- Sourcing, interviewing, and placing high-quality candidates
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
- Achieving and exceeding individual and branch targets
- Delivering outstanding customer service while building a strong local reputation
