We're recruiting Full-Time Sales Assistants to join a new sportswear and fashion pop-up store in Portsmouth.
Circa 25,000, depending on age and experience.

This is a 4-month fixed-term contract, with the potential for the role to become permanent as the business continues to grow.

The Role
You'll be part of the team launching the new store, providing great customer service and helping to deliver strong sales.
You'll be responsible for:

• Serving and supporting customers
  
• Driving sales and supporting store targets
  
• Maintaining high shop floor standards
  
• Replenishing stock and keeping the store organised
  
• Supporting deliveries and stock management
  
• Working as part of a busy retail team
  

About You
We're looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, confident and customer-focused
  
• Reliable and flexible
  
• Available to work weekends
  
• Able to flex their hours during busy and peak trading periods
  
• Available to start immediately
  
• Interested in sportswear, fashion, fitness or retail
  

Previous retail experience is helpful but not essential.
We're more interested in your attitude, customer service skills and availability.
