Telford Complex Needs Practitioner (Housing & Homelessness) for Stay - Partners for Change

Location: Telford & Wrekin - with travel across the local area
Hours: 37 hours per week

Salary: £27,732.92 per annum
Contract: 3-year fixed term

We're looking for enthusiastic people to join our new Partners For Change project. Working with The Shrewsbury Ark and KiP, this exciting new partnership will strengthen support for people experiencing homelessness across Telford and Wrekin and Shropshire.

About the Role

You'll work alongside people facing homelessness, crisis and complex needs, offering flexible, practical support through outreach, in-reach, crisis response, move-on and tenancy sustainment. One of the two roles will also include support linked to Stay's supported accommodation. You will:

  • Build trusting relationships and provide person-centred support
  • Support people through outreach, crisis response, move-on and tenancy sustainment
  • Work with partners to help people access accommodation and other support

About You

You'll need:

  • A full, valid UK driving licence
  • A car insured for business use
