Our client is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Call Centre Agent to join their team! This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Role Overview:
As a Call Centre Agent, you will be responsible for managing damaged baggage claims from the initial report through to resolution. Your role will involve direct communication with passengers, processing claims accurately, arranging repairs or replacements, and ensuring compliance with airline requirements and relevant legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle airline damaged baggage claims via phone and email with professionalism and care.
• Process and maintain accurate claim records within internal systems.
• Coordinate collections, repairs, replacements, and deliveries with third-party suppliers.
• Provide excellent customer service while effectively managing sensitive service recovery situations.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR, company procedures, and client requirements.

Requirements:
Fluent written and spoken English.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage challenging customer interactions.

Desirable:

• Previous call centre experience.
• Experience working in a high-pressure customer service or sales environment.
