Sales Executive (Aviation Experience)

We are seeking a driven and commercially minded Sales Executive with experience within the aviation, aerospace, or aircraft parts sector to join a growing and customer-focused business. Working with airlines, MROs, operators, and aviation customers worldwide, you will play a key role in developing business opportunities, managing customer accounts, and driving revenue growth.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing both existing and prospective customer accounts while identifying new opportunities within the global aviation market.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with aviation customers across international markets.
• Managing enquiries from receipt through to quotation, negotiation, and order completion.
• Proactively developing sales opportunities and generating new business.
• Following up quotations and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
• Negotiating pricing and commercial terms to maximise revenue opportunities.
• Working closely with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Providing exceptional customer service and acting as a trusted point of contact.
• Maintaining accurate records and updating CRM/internal systems.
• Monitoring market activity and identifying opportunities to expand existing accounts.
• Achieving individual sales targets and contributing to wider business objectives.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

• Previous experience in an aviation, aerospace, aircraft parts, MRO, or related aviation sales environment.
• A proven ability to develop customer relationships and generate sales growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Confidence dealing with customers over the phone and via email.
• Strong commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset.
• The ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
• High levels of organisation and attention to detail.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with a desire to exceed targets.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Experience with aviation inventory or ERP systems would be advantageous.
