German-speaking Customer Service Representative

We are currently looking for a fluent German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join a busy and friendly team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills who enjoys building relationships and providing a high level of support to clients. You will play an important role in managing and supporting German-speaking client accounts, ensuring enquiries are handled professionally and efficiently

What s on Offer

• Job type: Temp to Perm, Hybrid, following training (3 days remote)
• Hours: Full-time hours, Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:00pm
• Location: Bexhill on Sea
• Salary: up to £32,000 p/a

Key Responsibilities

• Acting as a key point of contact for German-speaking clients
• Managing and supporting client accounts
• Handling customer enquiries via telephone and email
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Processing orders and updating customer information
• Liaising with internal departments to resolve customer queries
• Maintaining accurate records on internal systems
• Providing a professional and efficient customer service experience

Skills & Experience Required

• Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
• Previous experience within customer service, account management or a similar role
• Excellent communication and relationship building skills
• Strong administration and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple client enquiries and priorities
• Good attention to detail and confidence using computer systems
