Polkadotfrog are delighted to be partnering with a fantastic Essex-based business as they look to welcome an experienced Production Planner to their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on organisation, enjoys keeping things moving and has a keen eye for detail. Youll play a key role in ensuring production runs smoothly, efficiently and to schedule.

What will you be doing
As Production Planner, youll take ownership of the planning and coordination of production, making sure the right materials, equipment and work orders are in place at the right time. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Planning, scheduling and coordinating the production of a wide range of products
• Evaluating raw materials and equipment to ensure everything is ready for production
• Creating, distributing and booking in Works Orders
• Monitoring production progress and proactively resolving any issues or delays
• Working closely with internal teams to keep production running efficiently

What are we looking for
Were looking for someone with previous experience in a production planning environment, who is organised, proactive and confident communicating with people at all levels.

• Previous experience in a Production Planner or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
• A proactive approach to problem-solving
• The ability to manage priorities and keep things on track in a busy production environment
