Game Trimmer

360 Recruitment Ltd is currently recruiting fully skilled Venison Trimmers for one of our clients in Northern Scotland.

This position is for the venison season, with work available from now until approximately February/March. We are looking for experienced trimmers who can join the team for the duration of the season and work to a consistently high standard in a busy meat processing environment.

The successful candidates will be responsible for trimming and preparing venison according to production and customer specifications. You will need to demonstrate good knife skills, attention to detail and the ability to maintain a consistent standard of work throughout the production process.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a meat trimmer
• Previous venison trimming experience is preferred
• Experienced Beef, Lamb or Pork Trimmers will also be considered
• Strong knife skills and confident trimming ability
• Ability to work efficiently while maintaining product quality
• Good understanding of meat specifications and presentation
• High standards of hygiene and food safety
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Flexibility and commitment for the duration of the venison season

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced trimmer looking for seasonal work in Scotland, with the potential for regular employment throughout the venison season.
