Venison Trimmers Northern Scotland 360 Recruitment Ltd is currently recruiting fully skilled Venison Trimmers for one of our clients in Northern Scotland . This position is for the venison season , with work available from now until approximately February/March . We are looking for experienced trimmers who can join the team for the duration of the season and work to a consistently high standard in a busy meat processing environment. The Role The successful candidates will be responsible for trimming and preparing venison according to production and customer specifications. You will need to demonstrate good knife skills, attention to detail and the ability to maintain a consistent standard of work throughout the production process.
