Purpose of the Role:
Provide expert support and guidance across the EMEA Family Care Programme.
Manage complex parenting leave cases, ensuring accurate advice, compliance, and a positive employee experience.
Partner with HR teams and stakeholders across multiple countries to deliver high-quality case management and programme support.
Drive continuous improvement, maintain programme resources, and support key Family Care initiatives across the EMEA region.

We are recruiting a Family Care Programme Advisor to join one of our clients within the financial services sector. Based on-site in London, you will play a pivotal role in supporting employees, managers, and HR teams with highly complex family-related leave cases across a global workforce spanning more than 20 countries.
As a subject matter expert, you will provide guidance on a broad range of leave policies and programmes, including maternity, paternity, adoption, shared parental leave, carers' leave, and other family-related benefits.
Navigating varying legislative requirements, company policies, and cultural considerations across multiple regions, you will ensure employees receive consistent, accurate, and compassionate support throughout their leave journey.

Key Accountabilities
Provide expert support across the EMEA Family Care Programme.
Manage complex parenting leave cases and policy queries across multiple countries.
Ensure accurate case management, compliance, and timely resolution of escalations.
Partner with HR and key stakeholders to support employees and improve the programme.
Maintain EMEA resources, support projects, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide guidance and support to colleagues while delivering an excellent employee experience.
Essential / Desired Experience and Qualifications
EMEA HR advisory experience, including complex and sensitive case management (Essential)
Knowledge of EMEA leave policies and multi-country HR processes (Essential)
Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment (Essential)
Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills (Essential)
CIPD Level 5 (or a relevant degree) (Essential)
Experience supporting EMEA-wide projects (Desirable)
Proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused approach (Desirable)
