This role has a starting salary of 31,659 per annum, based on a 36 hour working week. This is a fixed term contract / secondment opportunity for 12 months.

We are hiring a HR Transactions Officer to join our friendly and supportive HR Transaction Team on a fixed term/secondment basis. The position will be based at Surreys Dakota building in Weybridge. The position is open to hybrid working with 2 days a week required to be in the office.
This is a great opportunity to play a vital role in the administration of employee pay and workforce records, ensuring colleagues across the organisation receive an efficient, accurate and professional service.

About the Role
As an HR Transaction Officer, you will be responsible for processing a wide range of employee transactions and maintaining accurate workforce and payroll-related records. You will support the administration of contractual changes, family leave, sickness absence and employee pay records, ensuring information is entered accurately and processed within agreed timescales.
Working as part of a busy team, you will provide a responsive service to employees and managers, maintaining high standards of accuracy, confidentiality and customer care.
