What You'll Be Doing:

As a Workshop Repair Technician, you'll be at the heart of our repair operation, ensuring every piece of luggage is handled with care and precision. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assessing repairs: Determine authenticity and identify repair needs.
• Repairing Items: Use approved methods and genuine parts to carry out repairs.
• Quality Control: Complete documentation accurately to ensure all repairs meet the highest standards.
• Stock Management: Advise supervisors on parts that need ordering or replenishing.
• Timely Follow-ups: Keep track of repairs awaiting parts for prompt completion.
• Making Decisions: Determine whether repair or replacement is the best solution.
• Preparing for Despatch: Get repaired items ready for delivery to customers, stores, or clients.
• Support Administration: Assist with booking-in processes as needed.
• Provide Expertise: Share your technical knowledge with colleagues and management.
• Adhere to Policies: Follow all company policies, including data protection requirements.

What We're Looking For:

Essential Qualifications:

• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong practical skills and problem-solving abilities.

Desirable Qualifications:
