Sales Manager Estate Agency
Hale - £30,000 - £35,000 + Commission
Monday Friday plus 1 in 3 Saturdays
Are you a driven, personable sales professional who thrives on winning new business and building lasting client relationships?
We're looking for a Sales Manager to join a well-regarded estate agency, taking full ownership of the sales journey from first introduction to exchange.
You will be very new business-focused, ideal for someone who loves being out in the community networking, conducting valuations, and building the kind of local presence that wins instructions. You'll then see each sale through personally, from valuation to progression and exchange, giving clients the attentive, one-on-one service that sets this agency apart.
What you'll be doing:
- Winning new instructions through valuations, networking, and proactive marketing
- Building your profile and the agency's presence within the local market
- Managing the full sales process yourself - instruction through to exchange
- Delivering a personal, consistent experience that keeps clients coming back and referring others
What we're looking for:
- A confident, self-motivated Sales Manager or Senior Sales Negotiator from a property background
- Someone who genuinely enjoys new business development and relationship-building
- Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple sales through to completion
- A natural networker who's comfortable being the face of the business locally
- Full driving license and access to your own vehicle
