Sheffield Full-Time Permanent Up to 55,000pa

Office Angels are delighted to be partnering with an expanding and well-established legal firm in Sheffield to recruit an experienced Conveyancer to join their growing Residential Property team.

Joining a busy Residential Property team, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload from instruction through to completion. With the support of an Administrator handling many of the administrative tasks, you'll be able to focus on progressing transactions and delivering an exceptional service to clients.

• Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload, including sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold transactions
• Providing expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the conveyancing process
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage advisors and solicitors to ensure transactions progress smoothly
• Reviewing legal documentation and resolving any issues that arise
• Keeping clients informed and delivering a high-quality customer experience at all stages of the transaction
• Supporting colleagues within the wider Residential Property team as required
• Ensuring all matters are handled efficiently and in accordance with regulatory requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload
• Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• A proactive and organised approach to managing workloads
• A commitment to delivering a first-class client experience
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team
