I am working with a leading national organisation that delivers education, training and workforce development programmes to improve outcomes for children and young people. As part of an ambitious period of growth and transformation, they are looking to appoint an experienced HR Business Partner to support a strategically important division, partnering with senior leaders to deliver an ambitious people agenda.
This is a highly visible strategic partnering role, working closely with the Divisional Director and senior leadership team to drive workforce planning, organisational design, leadership capability and organisational change. You will act as a trusted advisor, balancing strategic thinking with operational delivery to ensure leaders are equipped to build high-performing, inclusive teams that can deliver lasting impact.
The salary for the HR Business Partner role is £52,000 per annum and the organisation offers hybrid working, going into the office 1-2 days per week. The office is located a short walk from both Angel and Kings Cross station.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner with a proven track record of supporting senior leaders within a complex organisation. You may have gained experience within the charity, education, healthcare, public or wider not-for-profit sectors, although applications from other complex, knowledge-led organisations are also welcomed. You will bring strong experience of organisational change, workforce planning, employee relations and leadership coaching, alongside the ability to build credibility and influence at senior level. A genuine commitment to inclusion, collaboration and continuous improvement will be key to your success.
