We are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join a growing medical devices company based in Sittingbourne. This role offers the opportunity to work in a professional, fast-paced environment supporting customers within a regulated industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer enquiries via phone and email
- Process orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide product information and support
- Handle queries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Liaise with internal teams including sales and logistics
- Maintain accurate customer records and system updates
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service or support role
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- High attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience within medical devices or healthcare is desirable
