We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Oxford Street Outreach Service in a Rough Sleeper Navigator role, across housing, immigration, women's support, health, and substance misuse issues with some of Oxfords most vulnerable individuals.
The team provide through-care casework to socially excluded individuals who are sleeping rough or living in various temporary accommodation settings. The team works with clients who have complex needs requiring specialist support to remain away from the streets and sustain secure accommodation, avoiding a return to homelessness. We are looking for people with excellent communication skills and some experience of engaging marginalised or vulnerable people.
