Our client is a growing managed service that supports vulnerable children and young people through specialist educational programmes. Working in partnership with local authorities, parents, tutors, and teachers, they coordinate tailored learning support for children with a range of complex needs.
They are seeking a Customer Services Coordinator to join their close-knit team. Acting as a central hub for learner onboarding and ongoing case coordination, this role combines customer service, administration, and stakeholder management. In this role you will work to a ticketing system and be able to work at pace in a high energy environment.
