About the Role

HSDC is seeking an inspirational, visionary leader for the brand-new post of Head of SEND & Inclusion. This high-impact, strategic new role is designed to transform, align, and harmonise our provisions across our vibrant campuses.

We are looking for a changemaker with a proven track record of leading dynamic SEND teams, someone who is genuinely innovative and ready to drive SEND reform. As our College SEND Lead, you will provide expert clinical and operational leadership, ensuring an empowering, seamless progression pathway for high-needs learners while maintaining top-tier statutory compliance.

You will inherit and manage a highly experienced multi-disciplinary team spanning our Havant and South Downs campuses. From ALS Leads and EHCP Coordinators to SEND Lecturers, ALS Mentors, and ELSAs, you will empower this talented team to maximise their impact on the student experience.
