Your Role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and people-focused Operations Support Team Leader - Planning and Scheduling to join our Technical Services team. In this role, you will lead the Planning and Scheduling function, ensuring the efficient delivery of back-office support while driving operational excellence and an outstanding customer experience across B. Braun's service operations.
You will oversee day-to-day team activities, support performance management, and work closely with Field Service Engineers, Workshop teams, and key stakeholders to optimise resource planning, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.
As a people manager, you'll play an essential part in shaping a positive, inclusive, and development-focused culture across the site. Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, on-site, Monday - Friday
Location: Working 5 days a week onsite at Chambers Way, Sheffield, S35 2PH. We offer free onsite parking.
