You'll help shape the employee experience, ensure policies are progressive and compliant, and drive improvements across people processes and services. The role is hybrid, with a Central London base preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Policy development - Review, update and embed employment policies and procedures.
- Lead and contribute to people focused projects that enhance the employee journey.
- Provide expert advice on employment legislation and best practice.
- Benchmark policies and conduct research to ensure innovation and sector alignment.
- Develop training materials, toolkits and communications to support policy rollout.
- Analyse and streamline people processes to improve efficiency and service quality.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
