Customer Service Advisor

Contract Type: Temporary
Location: Stevenage on site

Hours: Monday-Friday between 08:30-17:30, 1 Saturday in every 10-12 weeks (10-2)

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:

• Handle incoming customer requests primarily via telephone, email, and web services.
• Ensure all interactions are logged accurately using our technology systems.
• Provide advice, assistance, and support to citizens and businesses interacting with Council services.
• Maintain a high standard of service delivery in line with agreed processes and procedures.
• Adapt to future technology developments, including potential social media interactions.
