What you’ll be doing:
You’ll have a dual role, combining practical tasks with admin support, including:
Carrying out routine medical screening tests (such as hearing, vision, ECG, height/weight, BMI, lung function and urine tests)
Preparing and managing medical paperwork and checking candidate ID
Accurately recording results on paper and systems
Liaising with healthcare professionals and external agencies
Completing general admin tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying and responding to emails
You don’t need a medical background, we’ll train you. We’re looking for someone who is:
Confident using IT systems and happy working with databases
Highly accurate with strong attention to detail
Able to follow set processes and instructions
Comfortable carrying out physical checks on potential recruits
Desirable qualification/skills/experience
Experience within a medical environment, is desirable
Familiarity with the army, would be an advantage
