Birchrose Associates is representing a law firm in Cambridgeshire seeking a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor for a period of 4-5 weeks.

The Opportunity

Our client is a highly respected and comprehensive law firm with a strong regional reputation, built on long standing client relationships and consistent delivery of quality legal services.

The firm is seeking a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor to provide confident and capable fee earner cover during a planned holiday absence for a period of 4 to 5 weeks.

This is a flexible opportunity offering hybrid working arrangements alongside adaptable working hours, making it well suited to an experienced locum seeking a straightforward and well supported assignment.

Responsibilities

The successful Locum Commercial Property Solicitor will assume responsibility for covering commercial property work during a fee earner holiday period, including:

  • Commercial leaseholds
  • Development matters
  • Property finance work

Requirements

  • Qualified in England & Wales with minimum 5 years' PQE
