The Role

As a Contentious Probate Senior Associate Solicitor or Partner, you will:

• Manage a varied caseload of inheritance disputes, will challenges and trust litigation
• Assist with the growth and development of the contentious probate team
• Work closely with senior colleagues on complex matters and business development initiatives
• Receive ongoing support, training and mentoring to support your advancement

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be a Qualified Solicitor 5+ with solid experience in contentious probate
• Be confident managing files independently, while collaborating as part of a team
• Possess excellent client care, communication and organisational skills
• ACTAPS accreditation or progression toward it would be highly advantageous
