Kitchen Porter (Seasonal LX)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure chefs have clean and ready-to-use kitchen equipment.
  • Assist with unloading deliveries of ingredients and supplies.
  • Operate dish and glass-washing machines to maintain cleanliness.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, including floors, fridges, ovens, and work surfaces.
  • Wash and clean utensils and dishes, ensuring proper storage afterward.
  • Dispose of rubbish and disinfect floors as needed.
  • Adhere to all company policies and health and safety regulations.
  • Any tasks or responsibilities as requested by management within the scope of the position.

Knowledge and Skills:
