Kitchen Porter (Seasonal LX)
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure chefs have clean and ready-to-use kitchen equipment.
- Assist with unloading deliveries of ingredients and supplies.
- Operate dish and glass-washing machines to maintain cleanliness.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, including floors, fridges, ovens, and work surfaces.
- Wash and clean utensils and dishes, ensuring proper storage afterward.
- Dispose of rubbish and disinfect floors as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and health and safety regulations.
- Any tasks or responsibilities as requested by management within the scope of the position.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently (Essential)
