The Role
As a HR Business Partner, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering a proactive, customer-focused HR service. Working closely with senior leaders, you'll provide expert guidance across a broad range of people matters, ensuring the organisation continues to develop a positive, inclusive and high-performing culture.
You'll lead on complex ER cases, support organisational change, and drive forward key HR projects that enhance the employee experience.
